We’ll connect strategically with different parts of your diocesan team to discuss all their needs for a news site including Editorial, Ads / classifieds, Photo library and design. We will decide on whether any custom pieces need to be built.
To offer flexibility, we offer different template themes for your team to choose from for your new site. This step will take into consideration any custom assets determined in the previous step.
Your team will need to gather and send over all necessary brand assets like logos, colours, typefaces, etc. for our team to start prepping for the site build.
We will work with you to move over existing articles, Categories, Forms, Static pages, and optionally Newsletters, Classifieds, and Advertisement/ad placements.
Import all legacy content and will work with your team to confirm integrity of import
Our team will test the site with you to help make sure the experience is smooth and on brand.
Our team will schedule training sessions with your editorial team so they are comfortable using your new tool and equipped to run editorial themselves.
Prior to launch, we will review and validate the site with you, confirming content is being copied over properly.
On launch day, we do a final import and your site will be launched! From then on out, our team is always available for ongoing support.
